Sounded better in store once I tried in band setting was not digging it I returned 2 days later. Picked up a set of Sabian big and ugly 14 inch hi hat cymbals xsr monarchs. Would recommend the xsr line over b8 for intermediate to pro level drummers.

I got the cymbal pack and was surprised at the sound of them.They are quite satisfactory for my needs. I ended up buying a 10" Splash and 18" Chinese too.Sound good to me and they didn`t clean out my pocketbook.
