Maple Grooves Grip

Grip Control
Many years ago Headhunters dipped their sticks in a rubber compound. Today some of the top drum stick brands use these dips. Due to the health hazards and environmental concerns as well as the overall durability with these dip products, they have moved on. The new grips are the ultimate in comfort and performance without compromising the connection to the stick. A unique criss-cross double textured pattern adds a secure comfortable grip that does not wear out. It will outlast all other grips in the market.

At 416mm in length, the A Series is the longest in the 'Stick with the Groove' grip design from Headhunters. Its taper from tip to fulcrum makes it their longest tapered drumstick as well. Add the unique reverse taper from the grip to the butt and this creates a very unique ergonomic profile that performs as good and it looks. The A series is available in 3 different diameter sizes.

Length/Diameter: 416mm/16mm

Feel great in the hand, well-balanced. Light because they are maple, but hefty enough for pop / funk / traditional rock. Too heavy for jazz, too light for metal, but perfect for the middle of the road.
