Seymour Duncan Pegasus 6-String Bridge Humbucker Black
The Pegasus provides expanded string separation and allows each note to ring out on the fretboard no matter how much gain is cranked up. It uses an alnico 5 magnet and has custom designed coils for a balanced tone and moderate output. Huge chords and complex arpeggios are equally perfect. It's plenty aggressive with enhanced dynamics and harmonics richness.

I swapped this into a cheap Ibanez GS140 GIO that previously played incredible for the price, but left a bit to be desired in the pickup section. This pickup is super tight for rock/metal tones, lots of articulation while still sound super heavy. The cleans are nice and bright, similar to a seymour duncan JB, but more refined. Completed the set with the SD Sentient in the neck and a Split coil mod which really impresses me paired with the pegasus.

One of my favorite pickups. I found my Charvel to be a bit harsh on the high end and reviewed this set (sentient in the neck also very awesome) in my opinion it adds bottom end that was missing before and and smoother playing feel . When you chug … it really chugs . Super versatile for any genre … even the look of the pick up makes me grin. I liked it so much I ordered another set for my Les Paul standard…
