Well made, but as others have said, not terribly firm when holding acoustic or electric guitars.
Would not buy another.....

A ticking time bomb of a neck stand. Can't polish or changes strings quickly without the instrument going flying.
Save your money and get a Music Nomad neck cradle for a little bit more (or something comparable) and be able to enjoy your instruments beyond the next catastrophe of a cleaning/setup.

Rickety, plastic-y, and not resilient to big guitars/basses when you're polishing the frets or conditioning the fretboard. Spend a little more, you won't regret it.
