Conservatory Canada Mosaics Piano Repertoire Level 3 - Book
Composers: Various
Format: Book
Instrumentation: Piano
This book is the official piano repertoire for Conservatory Canada's Level 3 examinations.
The Mosaics Collection is a graded series (Pre-Grade 1 - Grade 8) that includes repertoire for Conservatory Canada examinations. It provides students and teachers with a diverse body of music from a wide variety of genres and styles to suit both the Classical as well as Contemporary IdiomsTM exams, and can also be used as a graded teaching anthology for student pianists.
Efforts were made to include historical music previously unpublished in conservatory publications, music from Canada's diverse regions and cultures, music written by forgotten women and BIPOC composers as well as new music written by Canadian composers specifically for this publication. Additional music from the expanding repertoire lists as well as exam requirements are only found through the exam syllabi online at conservatorycanada.ca.
The grading of Conservatory Canada examinations are designed such that students are encouraged to learn many pieces at each Grade level to become well-rounded enough in their skills to later succeed in the advanced levels.
