Faure's two beautifully sounding pieces, Sicilienne Op. 78 and Berceuse Op. 16, have been transcribed for Trombone and Piano by Ralph Sauer. Both were originally written for Violin or Cello, but easily transfer their charm to the Trombone. They are both set in Bass Clef and can be performed by intermediate level players. Either are perfect additions for any recital.
