It does what a cable should do. Barely any hiss, rugged enough to tour with, and for the price, it's a decent mid-range cable.

Basic guitar cable. no huss, no fuss.. Not the most durable and would not survive gigs but perfect for home use and stationary use. I have many of this in my house and none failed yet. You don't really need to spend any more than this if you are just at home.

I've had several of these cables fail on me straight out of the package, some after only a couple of uses. I do not recommend.

These cables are well made, durable enough for most pro use. Any cable that gets stepped on and pulled around will eventually fail, but if you can use a soldering iron it is easy to repair. I would describe these as a working musician's cable. You can get cables that are 5-10% better, but at twice the price. If you want a well-made soldered cable, these are great. Lots of useful options in terms of length, angled ends etc., great for pedal boards. If you want to spend more, the Yorkville Studio One cables are better, at a higher price point.

These cables could be better, but are good in a pinch. If you can, get something like an Ernie Ball cable, or a fender cable.

I own and have been using 3 yorkville cables for a long time; 1 from my guitar into my amp and 2 others for my pedalboard into my amps effects loop. I’ve never had any issues yet.

I've not had the best of luck with these cables as I've had many fail on me. Twice that the cable failed right out of the package and that was on two separate occasions so it's not like I hit a bad batch or anything. Thankfully L&M did replace them with absolutely no hassle.

I have used these cables for years with guitars, keyboards, also to get from a mixer board to a PA amp and never had any issues. I like the variety of sizes, not many manufacturers offer 20-ft cables! Sometimes 15-ft is a bit too short and 25 is too long and when space is tight on a stage you don't want loose or coiled cable on the floor or behind equipment. This one fits right in the middle. No need to spend more.

I have a few of these in various lengths and jack configurations. They all work just fine and they don't impair my sound at all. Guess how old they are? circa 2005 - 2007. Need I say more? There's a chance that no matter what one buys, they will get a dud. That's what warranties are for. No need to give a bad rating for getting a dud.

Picked up this cable because I needed one right away. Plugged it into my amp and could instantly hear music coming out of my amp. Not my music however. It was the radio from a near by apartment unit. This cable picks up every little noise that you don't want picked up when playing guitar. Do yourself a favor and invest some money into your guitar cables. Planet Waves Custom or American Stage cables are incredible. Buy those, not these.
