This piece is one of the more subdued and melodic of Schocker’s works, which makes it technically accessible in both parts, yet dynamically stimulating. This short concert work (Duration: 3’ 30”), transcribed from the original flute and harp version, would be a perfect change-of-pace between two of Schocker’s more up-tempo showpieces.
