The specially designed beater shape creates extraordinarily sharp attack while the flat surface produce low end, body sound. The beater head is made of aluminum to provide sufficient power despite the small size of the head, and the part touching the BD head is made of synthetic material with a flat face to achieve a comfortable rebound.
