Headphone minijack is loose in this. Sound keeps cutting out. Have to wiggle to get it right then hope it doesn't cut out again.

These are unreliable and are not worth owning or depending on.

I have used two of these over the past 5 months and have had issues with both of them the whole time. I have used them as adapters with extension cables during live performances with JH Audio in-ear monitors. I also tested them with Senheiser in ear monitors. I thought it was the extension cables that were the issue but now I'm having troubles when I use them with my Audio Technica headphones (into my UA interface).
Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. It is very frustrating trying to "jiggle the input cable" or position it JUST RIGHT to get the full sound signal. I would 100% not recommend this particular piece of equipment if hearing the signal you are sending to your headphones accurately is important.

It does the job, it's durable and what else can you ask for? For the price, it's a must have for any electric guitar/bass player.
