The 10" AA Compression Stax pairs two raw, thin plates with unique hole patterns to create a tight-quick attack, emulating an electronic "clap." The bottom plate is thin, flat and unturned with six 1" holes. The top cymbal is slightly smaller so they fit perfectly and it has smaller holes to give it projection, attack and an electronic sound. Made with a special process that gives it a unique finish.
