Very comfortable. I had the older version of this same model for the last 18 years and figured it was time for a new one and it is noticeably more comfortable. The bigger seat with concave top is a nice touch. Wish the seat material was more breathable, but my guess is that would cause it to be less durable. Overall a great product and my back and hips are glad I bought it!!

I have two other thrones of similar value and this one is by far the most comfortable. I have tried a moto-style and standard round. This throne has a slight concave top and exceptional padding to reduce the stress points and help with balance when playing. I use the throne in the locked position. The shock absorber adds to comfort but does not cause any excess or unexpected movement. I highly recommend you try this throne.
