I use these anytime that in-ear monitoring isn't available. Easy to adjust and safer for ears than floor wedges. They're unobtrusive, sit nicely on a mic stand, and can be daisy chained with XLR. I also own the Mackie version of this and I'd say I prefer the Behringer because the knobs are laid out better and the power button is much easier to find. But the sound is identical (to me). Recommended.
