Actually two books: A clarinet part, and a clarinet+piano book.
14 of the pieces are for the C clarinet, which hasn't existed for centuries. The other 36 are for Bb clarinet.
The publisher doesn't state a skill level. The pieces vary widely. Most of the arrangements have a high note around F5-A5 (middle of the 2nd register) but a few go up to C6. Funeral March for a Marionette (for Bb clarinet) is the lowest piece, with a high B4.
The engraving is inconsistent in style, but all legible.
