The Xvive P1 Portable Phantom Power Supply is a low-noise, 12V / 48V power supply. It runs on an internal rechargeable battery and has enough power to run high-current microphones.

The P1 allows you to use microphones and devices that require external power in any setup. The small size, light weight, rugged construction, and exceptionally low noise of the P1 makes it perfect for powering microphones to send a signal to mixing consoles, or any type of processor or recording unit, that does not supply phantom power.

Long battery life and a bright LED battery indicator ensure that the microphone is properly powered throughout your recording session.

I just picked this up after ordering to my nearby store. Out of the box it had enough charge to test it and I'm writing this review with just the experience with the initial setup. This is exactly what I've been looking for for a while to plug my Sennheiser condenser mic into my camera. From my initial trial it works just as well as the power from my Focusrite 2i2. It's small, and surprisingly feels very solid with a full metal chasis. The only reason I'd say the quality isn't a 5 is that the plastic for the switches and the led shell feel a bit cheap, which is a super minor detail in my opinion. My one gripe with it is that it uses USB-Micro for charging which is the worst connector as it's very fragile. I would've liked to have seen either C or even Mini or like a standard pedal style 9v. For just supplying power I think it's a bit expensive but there's no other cheaper solution that I could find, and it works great. One feature I'd like to see if they do a revision would be a strap loop so that I could easily strap it to a mic stand, camera mount or belt.
