In the fall of 2018 I was approached by Lori Elder, a wonderful musician and piano teacher from Prince George BC to do an interview for the Profiles section of The Canadian Music Teacher magazine. I so enjoyed reflecting on the great list of questions Lori had prepared.
One of the questions was about my piano piece called Tickled Pink which appears in the Level 7 RCM book and is quite well-known. When the interview appeared in the January 2019 hard copy issue with a delicious misprint in the headline I was inspired! It read: 'David McIntyre - Pickled Pink and Enjoying Life'. So thank you Lori for prompting the creation of a sequel to Tickled Pink. Think of Pickled Pink as Tickled Pink on steroids! - David L. McIntyre
