Despite the garish colour items, I like the idea of these alternate pads/cord combination. More often than not, in my experience anyways, it's usually the cord that goes on me when i need a new set of headphones. (I go through a pair every two years on average). So buying this combo at $60 is much more preferable than having to buy a brand new set of headphones.
