Zoom's MS-50G MultiStomp Guitar Pedal is the first of its kind. It offers the power of a multi-effects pedal and flexibility of an amp modeler in a single stompbox design. With 55 classic stompbox effects and amp models, an easy-to-use interface, auto-chromatic tuner and versatile power options, guitar players will be astonished how much this single stomp offers!

Choose from 55 classic effects and famous amps!
With the size and weight of a typical single stompbox, the MS-50G includes a thorough lineup of high-quality effects types. It features 47 stompbox effects and 8 amp models. Along with distortion, reverb, modulation and other classic effects, its amp models simulate some of the most prized pieces of live and studio gear.

Intuitive, easy-to-use user interface!
We have further refined the simple user interface that was revolutionary in our G3 and G5. The LCD shows the current effect in use, while the scrolling function allows you to easily view the flow of your effects chain. With this intuitive, easy-to-use interface, creating amazing sounds is a breeze.

Use up to six effects all at once!
The MS-50G allows you to utilize up to six effects simultaneously, as well as arrange them in any combination. This gives you the ability to craft classic sounds, as well as lush, complex tones. Leave the rules you learned behind and enjoy creative freedom with the MS-50G.

Add 55 effects to your pedalboard!
Cut down the size of your pedalboard by adding in MS-50G to the mix. From a single pedal, youll have 55 effects types waiting at your feet to be called-up no matter have often you need them.

Onboard auto-chromatic guitar tuner!

Easy to use. Less than a half an hour I had five tones including sounds like, Stones, Beatles, CCR, Eagles etc. No mucking about trying to find your tones afterwards, when played thru my Traynor tube amp, with my Godin A 6 Ultra, I couldn't put down my axe

I bought to add a Swiss army to my pedal board, this pedal has awesome Reverb, delays and modulation, you have a lot to chose from. I recently learned about the Tonelib software for PC and man!!!!!!!! it is so easy to tweak ,change and store presents. Basically i have a few Presets with amps sims just in case of a back up needed, and the rest just like "regular" stomp box, another plus is this has a tuner, so definitely a cheap but great pedal.

These Multi Stomps are amazing. With the 3.0 firmware update you get many more effects basically making it a MScdr70 pedal which fantastic effects. I currently run 2 MS50's and a cdr on my board.

Love this unit. After firmware update there are now 172 effects available. Great sounds and fairly transparent for a digital pedal. Very happy with this purchase. I'd buy more.

I needed a reverb unit for my old solid state practice amp - so dry! This was cheaper than a dedicated reverb, surprisingly, so I gave it a go. It's much better than I hoped for (I have owned zoom in the past without much love). The construction is as solid as you'd like and the audio output is, for the most part, very usable. You can run battery or a plug and though it doesn't say anywhere - you can also power it directly from the USB port which is handy for small desktop studios. I was not overly impressed with the amp sims - but I'm usually a straight into a tube amp kind of guy and I wont be using the amps except for giggles. They sure are not tubes. The unexpected cool factor for me is all the stompbox emulations inside this thing - tube screamer, tape delay, basket full of distortions, delays, phasers, filters, comps and of course a big stack of reverbs for which I bought it. You can use the pedal as a stand in to fill those holes as needed. It takes about 5 minutes to learn the interface and I find it smooth and easy to use. I gave it 4.5/5 overall, because there are better emulators, but for this price and the quality you are getting 5/5. All love. No regrets.

Every effect you need/want in one stomp box! Pros: - Many usable effects available from distortion to modulation to delay/reverb. - Very affordable. - It takes 2 AA batteries (and supposedly lasts up to 7 hours) instead of the usual square 9 volt battery. Cons: - The instruction manual is very poorly written (most likely by someone whose native language is not English). - Settings are counter-intuitive. - Rather difficult to use.

I love this pedal! I use this for many of my delay and modulation sounds through the effects loop of my amp. One flaw that it has is that if you use it through the front of the amp, the distortions will sound good but the modulation and delay won't.

I have been having fun with this thing for some time now playing it through my Vox AC30. Amazing what you get for about $100. Love the tube screamer effect.

For the price, it is a great pedal. Solid case, easy to use. Good demos on Youtube if you cannot read the small print of the manual. If I only had one pedal, this would be it.

45 new effects added with the Version 2.01 firmware update. Some of the new effects are a bit over-the-top and a bit gimmicky, but the update does give you some useful delays, flangers, chorus and, best of all, a pretty good Leslie simulation. A good box just got better and, considering its low cost, should be considered by every guitarist.

I have had several Mutlifx in the past. lost of ear candy but the quality can be quetionable. NOT THE MS50G. The sound quality is impressive to say the least. I use it on my pedal board and it is clean and transparent and it gives me a bunch cool effects I don't have and take little realistate on the pedal board. i also use it for silent practice and recordings. I am blown away how responsive and accurate the Amp models are. The Ms1959 marshall and the Two Rock emerald are very life like and for the first time to my ear they respond like a real amp. They clean up when I play soft or turn down. They have that tube sag componet. i have tried the usual L6 and Boss stuff and this is definetely new and improved. Give i a try. Its a no brainer.

I've owned several inexpensive multi-effects thingy's before. They are usually fun for a while, but you end up only liking 2 of the 120 effects built into them. If you are like me and still like using regular stomp boxes most of these multi-effects units are not practical to add to your pedal chain. That's why this Zoom unit is so cool, it is very versatile, it's literally a Swiss army knife of guitar pedals. You can use it for only one or two effects to perhaps fill a gap on your pedal board or it can replace your whole pedal board! The possibilities are endless and unlike every other multi-effects unit I've purchased, this one is not going on ebay anytime soon.
