Truetone Pure Tone Buffer
The famous buffer that is in all Truetone pedals is also available in a tiny, Custom Shop package. Put it first in the chain of effects, plug in your input and output cables and a 9V power supply (like the 1 SPOT), and your guitar will sound like its plugged directly into your amp with a short cord. Its that simple, and yes, it really works. Completely eliminates cable capacitance and tone sucking.

Tried it out when I first got it. It pushed the signal through 7 pedals and it definitely brightened up the tone through a solid state Marshall early MG ....
Planning on redoing my board and this true tone unit will be definelty velcroed on the board........

After stringing 8 true bypass pedals together in line, and hitting the front end of a non fx loop amp, I needed some help. Despite using good quality cables, I was still experiencing some problems with a true signal hitting the amp. This little guy really helped out.
I placed it at the start of my chain and everything started working better. It's inexpensive, and I've done A/B tests against 3 other more upmarket buffers. This one won out with my set up. It's a secret weapon for pedal junkies.
