Zildjian Cymbal Cleaning Polish cleans, polishes, and protects your cymbals. Use this polish on brilliant finish cymbals only. Application is easy - shake well before use, then tap solution in small amounts onto the cymbal. Apply across the full surface area with paper towels or a clean rag, then wait 15 seconds before wiping the cymbal clean. Wipe gently over ink logos to avoid accidental removal. Repeat on opposite side. Wearing clean gloves is recommended.

*Not for use on traditional, patina, or natural finishes.

I've had 21 year old Zildjian Planet Z cymbals that I originally bought with my REMO Drum kit back in 1997 and picked up a bottle of this stuff to clean and polish the now dark, tarnished cymbals and it works great. Took about 8 coats on both sides of the cymbals and it really got a lot of the junk off it. I still have a lot of work to do to restore them to their original shine, but I'm also going to try other products as well.

I own a wide collection of Zildjian (High End) cymbals and this cymbal cleaner was made just for them" It is true it drys to a black residue / but use a clean white old used towel (Not Paper towels) buff along the groove areas. Then I rinse my cymbals in lukewarm water & sunlight soap to remove any missed residue. And dry thoroughly And your cymbals will look just like new" Beware it will remove cymbal logo's. Personally no sweat for me as all high end Zildjians are laser engraved.

This is the best cleaner for real dirty cymbals. I've had a few cymbals that were absolutely filthy and with a little elbow grease they polished up like new. If you follow directions and aren't afraid of a little work, this polish is the best!!!

This product leaves the cymbal even worst than it was before. The paste mixes in to the dirty on the cymbal and turns in to a black residue. The residue takes forever for all of it to come off. You'll end up using rolls and rolls of paper towels to get all of it off. Not very effective time wise and the finish of the cymbal turns dark due to the black residue. Do not buy, ever! The Sabian spray and Groove juice is more effective, time wise and quality finish.
