my 7 year old daughter wanted to start taking guitar lessons this year, great little amp for her to practice with. Small enough for her to take anywhere in the house so she doesn’t drive her brother crazy. Headphone jack is a great feature. Battery it came with has lasted 3 months of half hour use a day. For her use it’s the perfect amp

I bought this amp to learn new country guitar licks by putting it beside my iMac, and it does the job. I actually like that it distorts a bit on "6", it gives me the perfect edge of overdrive tone. I just rollback the volume on my Tele for a cleaner sound. People expect too much out of mini-amps, they are just collectibles, and-or for appartments playing at very low volume, or to bring around the house like I do to practice my new licks near my computer which is far away from my regular gear.

This amp performs okay with use of headset; the speaker is useful beyond the lower volumes and cleanest settings. The unit performs better with a headset; but, still over-distorts at the grungier settings. Nonetheless, it is useful as a practice amp with headset while sharing space with others without being a nuisance. Conveniently portable.

Tiny little speaker sounds like garbage but hey, what did you expect for $50? The poor little thing has a hard time keeping it clean past 12:00 on the volume dial. If you want something to take to the park or for the office desk just so you can keep your chops up without irritating everyone in a 3 mile radius, this is just fine. It doesn't sound awesome but it works. You might want to also check the Danelectro Hodad or the Orange. Don't expect to sound like SRV. No amp is going to make you sound better than you are anyway. So just accept that this is a toy.

no matter what setting you chose you and play low E and A without feed back spend abit more money and you will be pleased

Good if youre alone in a small room but it is too quiet unless you want it with alot of distortion. if you turn it up to max volume along with your guitar it just crackles and gives no sound at all
