Answer: Not unless you can find a humidifier that would fit.
It is not an airtight seal.

Answer: I have 2 of these cases and love them. I’m actually commenting because I’ve just added 2 more to my cart. I live in Calgary where it’s super dry and have had no problems but if I was worried I would just put one of the D’Addario humid packs in the bottom. I have them for in my acoustic cases and they work fantastic.
