I bought this cymbal thinking it would be good for Hard Rock/Metal, and suggest checking out the cymbals in-store instead of online to ensure that it is the cymbal you really want. This cymbal is very durable (I have dropped it many times) and still not a scratch. nice and heavy/thick making it good for lighter rock genres.
