I received one of these or Christmas 2020. I was anticipating using it. I was disappointed. The mic itself is quite adequate but it is impossible to adjust the mic boom arm properly so that it stays in place. The picture shows that the arm is quite long but this is not true, I have tried other headset mics and they are very adjustable eg. (CAD WXHW). I wish that I had done more homework before I purchased the 570. Don't buy it.

The headset is very good. However, the input plug is very small and not very clear for older eyes. It would be good if the instructions indicated which cord was for which function also. Overall, quite satisfied.
Long and Mcquade helped me figure it out.

I have used these mics for three years now in a very active presentation environment. The performers are very tough on them and we travel every weekend. Very tough build. My experience with them is in a speaking environment not singing. The mic stays put on most heads. Small women and big guys are a bit tougher because the mics do not adjust to size

We have had that microphone now about 3months in use and it was purchased to replace the Shure SM86 boom mounted microphone for vocal keyboard player. We don't have the wireless connection for it so can't tell about adapters, but for what it is used, it has about same quality of sound that the Shure although it needs a bit more gain. The monitor is just beside the player without any feedback problems and we had it once used with a guitar player who had monitor on the floor about 2m front of her. No feedback. So I suppose that those that have had some problems with either sound quality or feed back are using the microphone wireless and there is problem with the adapters one way or other.
