Bought this for solo acoustic gigs. With guitar plugged into the pedal it knows what key you're in and creates nice harmonies. People look around to see where the other voices are coming from. It really expands your vocals making them thicker . I definitely recommend this pedal and very affordable too. This isn't auto tune You still need to sing in key probably more because not only your voice will be out but all the harmonies too

I bought this for small gigs and home recording, and it has impressed me from the beginning! The H1 allows you to choose what key you're singing in (or if you're playing the guitar as you sing, it will pick up on the key of your guitar), and will harmonize your voice based on the settings you choose. I've noticed that the harmony effects don't always engage until you sing louder, but this can be used to your advantage. Some settings create "too much of a good thing" and tend to sound unrealistic, so balance is key! If you sing out of key, it will sing out of key with you, so make sure you can hit the notes you want. One disadvantage is that it led to a lot of cable clutter, but its a small price to pay for what VoiceTone H1 does! Overall, great addition to my pedal rig - I would recommend it to anyone who wants to beef up their vocal performances!
