ProLogix Resistance Series Practice Pads help improve endurance, speed and power at any dynamic range, stroke height and surface tension. The Blackout Practice Pads offer the highest level of resistance (extreme) and lowest volume in the series.

Great pad, I got the 8" version. the feel is fantastic especially for drum set players. it is extremely quiet and doesn't have a ton of bounce so its great for conditioning / endurance. Love this pad, thought it was a tad bit expensive but .... I would definitely recommend!
