Nicely made but needs a clasp for safety in case you get caught on something (just like a cat collar). I wear a size 7 1/4 hat, and that's a 23-inch head circumference.This only adjusts to 22", which is fine for neck sizes, but it's also got to get over your head and past your nose. I removed the adjustment buckle and sewed on a matching quick release (that I happened to have) in its place, and then sewed a fold at the opposite end of the strap to get the right length. A wider strap would make this more comfortable.
