A compact, affordable pedal packed with advanced functionality and 11 reverb styles ranging from essential to exotic.

Splash your tone with subtle ambience using classic Hall and Plate, or drench your guitar in surreal soundscapes with Shimmer and Modulation. A newly developed Spring algorithm faithfully emulates the iconic drip of vintage Fender reverb units. Unique and powerful polyphonic, dynamic, and auto-triggering reverbs inspire radical experimentation. Instantaneous control of infinite reverb unleashes a torrent of sonic possibilities for a truly unparalleled reverb experience.

The Oceans 11's reverbs are:

1. HALL - the rich reverberant sound of a grand concert hall
2. SPRING - pays homage to the classic Fender 6G15 tube spring reverb
3. PLATE - the lush, warm reverb that got its name because a large metal plate was originally used to create it
4. REVRS - emulates the quirky reverse reverb effect where a note's reverb fades-in backwards. (Jimmy Page claims to have invented it.)
5. ECHO - sends a recirculating echo thru the Plate reverb. The crisp clear delays get tastefully smudged by the airy plate reverb
6. TREM - reverb plus tremolo that's applied to both the wet and dry mix of a Hall reverb, your choice of three different tremolo shapes
7. MOD - modulated reverb, three modes. Chorus laced onto the reverb tails creates a luscious atmospheric effect. Flanger wraps around the reverb tails and weaves a hypnotic tapestry. Chorus and flanger combined.
8. DYNA - Swell, gate and duck. Swell silences your notes' attacks before blooming the tails back into the soundscape. Gate passes the reverb tail thru a noise gate that opens when it detects playing. (Phil Collins popularized the technique by applying it to drums.) Duck compresses the reverb tail while you're playing and fades it back in when you're resting.
9. AUTO-INF - Auto-infinite reverb that triggers a reverb wash for each note or chord. When a new one is struck, the previously resounding reverb crossfades to the new one
10. SHIM - Shimmer generates a rich octave-shifted reverb wash that modulates and blossoms behind your signal
11. POLY - Polyphonic reverb, two configurable bi-directional pitch shifts operating on your pre-reverb signal. Combine dissonant intervals with near infinite decays to create disorienting soundtracks, or choose perfect/major intervals to generate creative harmonies when jumping around a key signature

Key Features

• INFINITE REVERB makes the active reverb play in the background indefinitely while granting access to a fresh, independently controllable reverb of the same type.

• MODE BUTTON lets the user select up to three variations of many of its reverbs for greater variety.

• SECONDARY KNOB FUNCTIONALITY allows you to take even more control over the tone of each reverb by accessing "hidden" parameters through Secondary Knob Mode. Use the secondary knob parameters to fine tune the exact tone you want, or push the OCEANS 11 into wild, unexpected sonic territory.

• INTERNAL TAIL SWITCH provides a choice of whether the reverb effect fades out naturally or stops immediately when the pedal is switched to bypass. In most settings the pedal is also capable of producing infinite reverb which can be played over with a fresh reverb effect complete with adjustable parameters!

My wife bought this for my birthday, she’s got a good memory it seems. I spent several hours in the past at my local L&M playing with it trying to get a feel and it’s a beautiful pedal. Now I have it on my board and I have discovered so much more of what this pedal is capable of. Play with it, tweak it, get some really cool sounds. But take the 15 min to RTFM and understand it, it opens the doors to the Swiss Army knife of a reverb pedal this is. I can’t believe I put off buying this for years because I thought it was too expensive at the time for a Reverb pedal, now I see why and it’s worth every penny. 11 reverbs, 4 classic, 7 you can alter with the MODE button, 3 modes green, yellow & red. The mode also changes what the TIME and TONE knobs do depending on the reverb setting. Just playing with it at the store this confused me at the time, but now that I understand it. They become chorus rate and depth on mod in some settings for example. This pedal is very versatile and just beautiful.

Had this for a few weeks now and it is a lot of fun. Got it mainly for the spring reverb (It drips!). Found the shimmer is super inspiring. Main gripe I have is the lettering is so small that you cannot see your settings standing up. But if you want 11 reverb-like sounds (Tremelo is not reverb) with oodles of adjustability in one small pedal then that is to be expected. Did I mention the spring reverb is awesome?...the spring reverb is awesome!

So I was looking for was looking for a reverb pedal for my style. I went into long and mcquade and did a pedal shoot out. I compared the mxr reverb, boss rv6, tc hof2 and the oceans 11. In my opinion the boss and ehx easily sounded the best. It was the reverb types and features on the oceans 11 that sold me on it. It has such amazing reverb settings and has controls to shape the sound how you want. It also has alternative modes to the different reverbs. The only thing it's missing is stereo out. Who cares if it has that. The reverse mode is beautiful, springs sounds great, delay is nice and can be set how you want and the tremolo has 3 different sound wave shape to choose from on top of setting the speed. This is easily and by far the best sounding reverb pedal I've ever heard!!! Versatility!!!

Performance Warranty Banner

Protect your investment with the Long & McQuade Performance Warranty

A warranty can be a very important factor when making a buying decision. Because repairs can be very expensive in terms of parts and labour costs, manufacturers usually only provide one year limited warranties that generally only cover items that malfunction due to a manufacturer’s defect. With an important purchase such as a musical
instrument or piece of studio gear, however, many people want to have the peace of mind in knowing that their investment will be protected should the product no longer be performing at 100%.

Because of this, Long & McQuade provides our customers with a FREE one-year Performance Warranty on most of our products. The Long & McQuade Performance Warranty supplements the manufacturer’s warranty to ensure that our customers receive complete “no hassle” warranty coverage within their first year.

How does the Long & McQuade Performance Warranty differ from most manufacturers' warranties?
  • Performance Guarantee: Normal wear and tear is covered, so your product will be performing as well as the day you purchased it for the entire duration of the coverage. Band and Orchestral Performance Warranty does not include replacing pads or cleaning for woodwind instruments, unless deemed necessary by our repair staff. Ultrasonic cleaning for brass instruments will be provided if deemed necessary by our repair staff, but is not routinely offered under the Performance Warranty.
  • Product Replacement: If your product cannot be fixed or costs too much to fix, we will replace it with the equivalent model for no additional charge. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
  • No Lemon Policy: Your product will be replaced should the same problem occur multiple times.
  • Convenient: Easy drop off and pick up of the product at any Long & McQuade location.
  • Guitar Setup: Guitars purchased at Long & McQuade come with 1 free setup, to be redeemed within 1 year for new guitars and 90 days for used guitars.
  • Loaners Available: A loaner product may be given while the product is being repaired.
  • Power Surge Protection: Your product is covered even if damaged from a power surge.
  • Accessory Coverage: Any peripheral devices or accessories that come with your product (i.e. foot pedal, case) are also covered.
  • Commercial Use Coverage: Music and recording professionals who purchase gear for “heavy-use” commercial purposes will still be covered.

Long & McQuade reserves the right to restrict the purchase of additional years of Performance Warranty. Used products come with a 3-month Long & McQuade Performance Warranty. Some products (i.e. computers, software, cymbals and other items) are covered only by the manufacturer‘s warranty. Consumables (i.e. strings, reeds, drum sticks, batteries, tubes, cross faders) are excluded as they are designed to be replaced. Cosmetic Damage, Accidental Damage, or problems caused by Humidity or Temperature Issues are not covered. Speakers damaged by overpowering are generally not covered. Our coverage does not provide compensation for loss of use. As of June 2018 the Performance Warranty is no longer transferable. The warranty is only valid in Canada.

Purchasing additional years of coverage

Some manufacturers provide warranties for longer than 1 year; however, these are usually limited warranties that do not provide the same coverage as the Long & McQuade Performance Warranty. Customers interested in more complete and convenient (but not necessarily longer) coverage are still able to purchase additional years of the Performance Warranty.

If you are interested in receiving this coverage for longer than one year, you have the option of purchasing additional years of the Performance Warranty. The pricing is as follows:

  • NEW products: 4% of the current new selling price to double the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. 4% for each additional year.
  • USED products: 4% of the current new selling price to increase the warranty from 3 months to 1 year. 4% for each additional year.
  • GUITARS: 4% of the current new selling price to double the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. 4% for each additional year. $45 maximum. An additional free setup is not included with additional purchased years of Performance Warranty.
  • BAND and ORCHESTRAL instruments: 4% of the current new selling price to double the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. 4% for each additional year.
