Temple Audio Voodoo Lab Mounting Bracket for Templeboards
The Voodoo Lab Mounting Bracket is designed to be used with the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power line of power supplies. It allows you to firmly mount your power supply on the underside of your Templeboard without thumbscrews obstructing the top surface.
Compatible with Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2 Plus, 4x4, Digital, ISO-5, AC, and MONDO.

The trick here is to go to the product page and check the external measurements of your intended power supply. The width is the same on most Voodoo Labs power supplies. Which means this bracket will work with all the supplies indicated. But will also fit on the 3 and 3 plus.
I just mounted my 3 plus under my board using these brackets. Works fine.
