If you need something fast for a gig or your changing guitars during a gig, this is a great answer to those issues. The downside? Well they tighten and loosen. The design allows them to be knocked loose to were they can pop off and your strap can become unhooked. But a little extra attention and care can prevent this unless you're really putting on a show like slinging your guitar around your back. These won't stand up against a more physical act. But they will be great for most players out there needing an inexpensive or fast solution

...these are a huge upgrade from my old method (those plastic locks that hold your loaf of bread closed).
They aren't as reliable as the dedicated metal varieties (Schaller, Ernie Ball, etc...), but they are 90% less $$. Buy a bunch and throw 'em in your gig bag. Check your strap before every gig.

These are amazing. Almost perfect because all you need to do is add some crazy glue once they are on and they will not come off. if you don't add crazy glue where it opens, it could possibly fall apart in 2 pieces and release the guitar. Add crazy glue to both ends and you are good to go.

I can't believe all those fancy expensive strap lock systems by Schaller, etc and sell when this cheap device works just as good. I tried to shake these loose or make them fail and they definitely hold up.

They are inexpensive, clip on easily, and they stay in place. Well worth the few dollar investment to protect your guitar from guitar strap mishaps.

While there is a note indicating price is each, given they will almost always be required in pairs, one can readily make an error. As I did, by ordering 2, thinking I'd receive 2 pairs.

Buy and bunch and throw them into your guitar and bass cases. I do. Work fine with every bass and guitar I own. Cheaper than conventional strap locks and if you lose one, who cares - they're cheap.

Work great, very simple and secure. I like how you don't have to modify your guitar to fit them as you would with the more expensive strap locks.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with these little Strap Loks. Many professionals use them and they haven't failed for them; or they would have purchased actual strap locks.
Haven't failed me yet,
Check out Claptons Bangladesh DVD, it shows him using these with some of his strats!
