First off, this pedal isn't the worst but, its not the best either. I pick it because of the features that it carried (ie. case, weight adjusted beaters, etc) but, I'm kinda underwhelmed with the feel of the pedals. They feel overly light and I wouldn't describe them as being heavy duty. I used to play the DW 3000 series pedals and I much prefer them. Now, all that aside, these pedals do sound good and produce a solid full sound. I think that it sums up to the players preference, but i would probably recommend the DW 3000 over these.

I picked up this pedal back about a year ago now and it plays and feels so smooth. It's a very simple pedal with little-to-no effort set-up that performs very well. I put this up to the test alongside a DW5000 series and felt that this pedal out performed it. Its action is quick and smooth and the rebound & weight of the beaters is very satisfactory.
To summarize, if you wanted a high quality pedal but don't have the cash to get a Peal DemonDrive or DW 9000 Series, this is the pedal to go for!
